- Raw material – EN-8D/CK-45
- Hardness- toughed to 240 to 270 BHN (Specially for Tie Bars/Piston Rod)
- Chrome plating thickness 35 to 50 microns (one side) and 70 to 100 microns (on Dia)
- Chrome surface hardness 950 to 1100 HV
- Chrome surface finish less than Ra -0.15
- Straightness - 0.1mm per meter max
- Tolerance as per your requirement (g6,f7,h8)
